We have a sevice contract which provides for two inspection/maintenance visits per year. This visit was the visit to check our airconditioning system. As has been the case since we first used Garwood (as the result of Garwood sponsoring the Little League Team upon which my son played for several years), the technician kept the appointment, let us know when he would arrive, performed the inspections, and let us know the results. In short, the visit when as smoothly as one would like. He answered out questions, reset our thermastats, and promised notification of the time for the next inspection/maintenance of our HVAC system. We recommend Garwood to anyone who asks about HVAC service.

Everything went well. I had an appointment and the technician was here on time and called me to let me know he was here. He did the work in very professional and reasonable amount of time. I have been doing business with Garwood for a number of years and the service has always been excellent and was again this time!

Right on time for the service call, Garwood's highly qualified technician checked out the system, cleaned the AC unit outside and even replaced the batteries in the thermostat. I would recommend Garwood's to anyone - not only for service, but for a fast and efficient installation if a new heating-AC system is needed. No complaints!
