We have a sevice contract which provides for two inspection/maintenance visits per year. This visit was the visit to check our airconditioning system. As has been the case since we first used Garwood (as the result of Garwood sponsoring the Little League Team upon which my son played for several years), the technician kept the appointment, let us know when he would arrive, performed the inspections, and let us know the results. In short, the visit when as smoothly as one would like. He answered out questions, reset our thermastats, and promised notification of the time for the next inspection/maintenance of our HVAC system. We recommend Garwood to anyone who asks about HVAC service.

We’ve been depending on Garwood since we moved to the area 30 plus years ago. And they never disappoint. Had our AC serviced, a problem was identified and fixed. Warranty was checked and the parts were covered. No muss, no fuss, no stress. We live Garwood.
