Dr. MacCarter has retired since I had a bunion surgery performed by him. I loved the office staff and MacCarter. Currently have been seen for other issues by the new staff. The new bookkeeper is horrid to deal with. The woman has not once made me feel like I am not trying to Rip them off. She really needs to work for credit collector with that mean personality. I've had many conversations with her and she's never been anything less than hostile. I have always remained extremely patient while being attacked knowing an angry response wouldn't be helpful. All this bad treatment over some misunderstanding between my insurance and her. My insurance says I owe 0$ and she insists I owe a couple thousand on othodics. She's currently holding the orthodics hostage while negotiating with me to pay a lesser amount. I have made attempts to connect my insurance co on a call with her but she's not responding to that request. Dr. Kreps was friendly enough and I felt like I was in competent hands. The entire office seems to be over taxed and stressed. I will find another doctor.
