I was visiting the Nashville area during the 4th of July week. During church service on Sunday morning a crown on my back tooth came off in my mouth (the devils work no doubt!). I was obviously in a panic and a good bit of pain. I was referred to Dr. Murrell by my wife's sister who has been a patient of the practice for 15 years. She told me not to worry (easy for her to say), that she would call the Office of Gaston and Murrell and was sure they would be able to work me in. I was a bit skeptical that it would be that easy, especially during a holiday week.
She called the office on Monday at 8:00 and I was told to come in at 9:15. I expected to sit in the waiting room for hours until I could get "worked In". After completing some paperwork (5 minutes) I was taken back to a dental chair where I was introduced to Peggy. She took a quick x-ray, cleaned the crown and told me that Dr. Murrell would be right in. As a side note, I thoroughly enjoyed the "wait" for Dr. Murrell as the view from the window of chipmunks, squirrels, cardinals, blue jays, etc was extremely entertaining. Within a few minutes, Dr. Murrell had my crown back in place and feeling better than new. From start to finish this may have been the best visit to a dentist I have ever experienced - and I am no spring chicken. The staff (Kari and Peggy) and Dr. Murrell treated me as if I were their best customer.
I can't thank you all enough for everything you did to get me in, out and back to enjoying my vacation with my grandchildren in the beautiful city of Nashville.
God Bless and with any luck I might loose another cap the next time I'm in the area so I can stop in and see everyone again!
