Horrible! Went in for a color. The finished product was terrible. I had a big line where it didn't blend. Looked like I had a dark cap on my head. Went in yesterday to get it fixed. It came out worse. My hair is now purple and grey. I was balling. And to top it off they charged me over $50 for a hair trim. I was not made aware of the cost of the hair cut. And you think if a client is crying that they wouldn't charge you a thing! I will NEVER go back and will tell everyone I can about my experience
Alice, we are sorry to hear about your disappointment in visiting Gaston's. We are very confident with the skills and knowledge of the stylists that tried to achieve your hair color wishes. Your desire at first was to go from a blonde color to a dark color which we did do for you. Then you decided that you like your hair better blonde and wanted to change back to blonde which we did at no charge; plus a discounted hair cut. You were unhappy with the results so we offered to have you return so that we could make you completely satisfied with you color service, but you declined. Our philosophy is to have all of our guests leave satisfied with their services. Our offer is still available to you.
