from the moment of coming in the staff were friendly. I was happy that I was able to be seen right away instead of being placed on a waiting list to later come back if called. Once seen by the veterinarian she took the time to listen to what I was there for. The one thing I feel the veterinarian could do was to if needed would be to make suggestions if further treatments or tests would be needed. Besides that from the staff up front to the array of staff in the back everyone was superb.

Was so grateful that our dog was seen. Hoping that we can resolve allergies in our dog. We've had our dog for 10 years and all of a sudden struck with allergies. Having many different effects on our fur baby. I only wish before they drew blood and started doing things that they would have discussed it with us first. Communication is essential. We came out with a really high bill. We didn't have a choice because we were not asked prior if we wanted the testing or medicine. We felt desperate that we needed it to help our dog just wish we had better communication. I'm hoping that almost $400 later that the medication will help our dog. All the staff were wonderful. Dr Blue is straight and to the point. Better communication would have been appreciated. I have always had good experiences with Gateway. This last visit was less communication and it would have been truly appreciated. Before you do testing and take my dog off please talk to us. My husband and I had no choice but to pay almost $400 and we're not even sure if the cure is in the prescriptions. I'm old enough to know better and should have forced him to communicate first. I thought they were just going to weigh him in another room. This is the first time that they just walked off. They end up drawing blood cutting his nails and other things without us even knowing. If all his prescriptions work it will be worth the $400. Too soon to tell make sure you communicate!!

Waiting almost 4 hours is crazy. Make appointments by phone. Telling me to go back home and someone will call is ignorant. I’m 50 minutes away . Put up a lighted board with numbers indicating who’s number is being served rather than having to come in and keep asking. Very disappointing,

Dr. Liz is the best! She’s compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable.

The check-in process was smooth, and cold & covid friendly! Being able to wait in my car was ideal!
