I arrived at 7:20 am for a 7:30 appointment. I waiting outside a couple of minutes and then knocked on the door.
The receptionist came out and informed me the office does not open until 7:30 then she went back inside and left me standing outside at the door. It was 7:27. At 7:32 she came back to the door and let me in. My husband said he had been to early am appointments a few minutes early and never was made to stand out side . Your customer service could be a bit better.
