At Generations, our approach to patient care centers around the belief that the doctor-patient relationship is sacred, and is the keystone of quality primary care. Research has demonstrated that patients who actively participate in their medical care (e.g. ask questions, work on healthier lifestyle choices), do better biologically and have a higher quality of life.
We focus on continuity and building trust in our relationships with individual patients, between patients and families and their other clinicians. By making it our goal to provide a caring primary care infrastructure, we hope to protect and empower our patients, as well as to support them in creating healthier lifestyles.

I am very happy we have chosen Generations Family Practice for our medical home base. Our primary provider, Sarah Gray, is always so helpful, informed, and takes the time to carefully plan the best treatment course. All of the staff members are wonderful.
Physicians and staff have committed themselves to listening to patients and developing treatment plans based on a carefully constructed relationship of trust between patients and providers. This practice combines sound judgment, experience, and genuine interest in the quality of life of patients.
I see Dr G and my daughter sees Dr Macomber. Love the whole crew: from the front desk to the doctors. They are always professional yet friendly and approachable. The nurses and doctors (and NPs I’ve seen occasionally) take the time to listen to our concerns and we feel like they “work with us” in their plan of care. They also respond promptly via patient portal or phone call when I have a question or concern. We definitely recommend them!
Always so caring and helpful. Her knowledge is so extensive and she’s able to explain it so anyone can understand! Her nurse, Chrissy, is amazing and always two steps ahead.. they always make me feel like family!
