Bob Early and the office crew could run a class on "How to Make Your Customer Feel Important and Welcome".
This is the first office (from dentist to Doctor, Spa, Nails...) that I've ever attended that I look forward to visiting. I have never felt rushed or hurried in our out of the patient area, the staff is welcoming and offer something to drink upon arrival, the abidance is wonderful - love the candle!
Bob and Michele are very attentive to whatever you need and leave no question unanswered. Treatments are tailored to your needs, not to how much money the practice can make. I've never been told that I need this or that....I ask, they suggest, and explain everything! No false promises, everything is kept real.
The line of products they carry are also amazing. The office staff will help you decide what you'd like and even offer samples. I've never been disappointed.
I have been going to Generations for over 10 years (wow!) and feel like part of the family when I arrive.
