Overpriced for the work they did. Workers were not very pleasant and left all their mess on the floor.

Sorry you felt this way, we work very hard to ensure customers are happy with the job we do. This job entailed moving a water heater vent over into a closet and turned into having to run a new vent through the roof. Double wall B vent is expensive and the change required 2 trips. We provided an estimate and stuck to that price even after the change in framing.

The tech sent out , Craig, was knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't get the quote to me the next day as promised, BUT when I called Mary a few days later, she fixed it likety-split. She got my furnace on MY time line.(Even in this uncertain market) Both she and Craig gave me choices to consider. No pressure! Very nice experience for an inexperienced home buyer.
