I really appreciate the attention to detail and personal interest your staff makes as a priority.
I rated the visit as a four out of five only because the reminders were way over the top. I received a request to confirm my appt via email (which I did) and then, a few days later, a request to confirm my appt by text (which I did), then a few days later someone called my wife to confirm MY appt and then someone called me to confirm. Finally, I received another text the morning of my appt reminding me of my appt. It was all just way too much.
Genesis Dental of Orem replied:
We are truly sorry for the way over the top thing, but rebuilding new server took the communication system off-line on our end and things did not show up that would have helped us.
This is not the norm.

Dr. Smith & his staff were phenomenal! I brought in my 3 young boys. Each of my boys walked away from the appointment with a positive experience & they can hardly wait to go visit the dentist again! Him & his staff were on time & were so attentive to the different needs of each child. I will definitely be bringing my kids & myself here for all of our dental needs.

Nice people did like the big thing they use to keep an area dry its to big along with all they add to your mouth so that piece of equipment is cumbersome

Most of the time if you barely have 1 or 2 cavities.. They'll suggest a root canal or whatever cost the most..

I have been dreading my dentist appointment for years. I hadn't been in years and knew it would be awful and painful. I couldn't have been more wrong. Not only was it not even remotely painful but I look forward to my next visit. The entire staff is kind, warm, welcoming, considerate, and extremely gentle. They took my pitifully low pain tolerance seriously, as well as my ridiculous anxiety. The hygienist was very thorough and made me feel great about my teeth. The Dentist was so kind and understanding. He was also incredibly quick! They knew that with a baby, it was hard to get in so they even squeezed all the work I needed done in right then so I wouldn't have to find a sitter on another day.
Aside from that, this is the best priced dentist I've found, and I spent hours calling various dentists in the area to compare rates. He also did not do more procedures than absolutely necessary. They are honest and all about the patient. I will never switch dentists as long as I live in utah. This place is amazing!

I have been to Seasons Salon and Day Spa multiple times before and have had a great experience. But this time was different, I am not sure if the management has changed or what. It wasn't very clean, it looked like some of the robes weren't clean so I wasn't confident I was wearing an actual clean robe. I had to search for towels and there looked like there was only one clean towel, the others were thrown around and unfolded so I didn't want to touch them. The bathroom in the changing room wasn't clean. I didn't think the employees were vey prepared for my massage. I came in to get a specific massage and didn't get what I had signed up for at all. I was really disappointed with my massage because my expectations were not met. For the price of what I was paying, I expected much higher quality and a cleaner environment. I will not ever go back again which is unfortunate because I really liked this place until now. I also personally feel that every massage business should have each customer fill out a paper beforehand to clearly state whether they want their masseuse to talk to them during their massage or not. I like to go get a massage and relax and not have to hold a conversation throughout my entire experience but didn't want to be rude and tell my masseuse I would rather lay here in silence and enjoy my massage. They also were not concerned about masks and I remember telling my friend who I was there with that I guess they don't require masks here. It was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth what they are charging. I will for sure look for other places from now on when wanting to get a massage.Read More …
