Worst office I have ever visited. Agreed to payment arrangements, then when appointment was done demanded payment in full. Referred my son and they did the same thing to him.

Genesis dental of Taylorsville is great I needed to reschedule my checkup appointment due to an upcoming family vacation. I was able to reschedule my appointment at a time that works for me on a day that I already had off work. That made my day. Plus when I came in yesterday for my checkup they discovered that I needed some additional work done on my teeth. They staff was able to do that work while that day so that I didn't have to take another day off work to do it. Plus about a year ago they were able to fit me in during lunch their lunch hour to take care of an emergency I was having with one of my teeth so that I didn't have to wait all weekend to get the problem fixed. I would recommend Genesis Dental of Taylorsville to my friends in a heart beat they are the best.

The staff is always friendly and treat you like a person not just a patient. About a year ago I had an emergency and needed to come in to get a tooth fixed I was at work at the time and had to take public transportation to get to the dental office. The office was closed the next day I called the office and they were able to work me into that afternoon as soon as I could get there which just happened to be lunch time. I was very grateful that I was able to get the tooth fixed with out having to wait all weekend to do it.
