Billed for services not rendered. Insurance paid for a teeth cleanning that wasent done. Recomended things that other dentists said werent needed. Feel like we went to a shiester auto mechanic who was just trying to upsell the work.Check your billing, they say one thing and do another.

Everyone was very friendly and made you feel you were really welcome. Clinic was clean and organized. Hygenist was very gentle and didn't even feel the needle. Would definely recommend this clinic to my family and friends

My visit on January 3, 2013 turned out to be a nearly three-hour ordeal, due to reported 'emergencies' following the holiday. Normally I am in and out in 90 minutes for a cleaning, x-rays and check-up. Andrea (great personality!) did a fine job on the cleaning, but then things turned sour when it came time for the dentist portion. There's not much you can do when waiting an hour in the chair for the dentist to even show up. Sadly, a clearly audible radio playing horrendous rap music was the entertainment du jour and I could not locate anyone around to turn the radio off or select a more suitable form of music. I've been going to this office for years now, and for just one day, it seems like the wheels sure fell off.

I apologize for the experience you had yesterday. The radio is not allowed to be on a station that is not approved. I had changed it late yesterday and talked to the staff regarding this. Again I apologize for the wait we understand that your time is very valuable and the wait is not acceptable. This is something that we are working on and I can only apologize for your experience. This office seems to have a problem with accounting. Last year I was charged after paying and it took two calls before it was resolved. This time I was charged for routine cleaning when it was suppose to be free to me as a member of a United Heath Care Plan, but was told I must pay because they don't. Seems to me that should be taken up with the plan not me. Also over heard a man that had to wait 4-6 weeks for reimbursement because of a mistake. Too long!! Corp. get it together or I'll not be back./

I apologize that you have had issues in the past. We have explained to you what had happened with your insurance.With your insurance you have copays and we bill insurance as a courtesy to our patients. As for the other that you overheard I apologize that you are not aware of the exact conditions and what had occured but this is between our office and that patient as I would keep any matters with your account between the involved parties. We hope that you do continue your treatment with our office and your insurance does pay the way that we have been told.

I went to this denist for the first time. I have been going to Tender Dental for 8 years. The staff was very rude. What a change here. The staff was great!!! I didn't have to wait an hour to see the dentist and I made an Appointment the same day.
