I recieved a call from someone in the office that said I had not insurance. This is due to a new group for the nurses which were not intered into the system.
The person in the office said she was cancelling my apointment until I could verify insurance coverage. I finally asked if cash was good enough (she didn't even ask about that option) So I kept my appt and paid cash enthough I had communicated to her what the situation was and contact number she could call to verify through HR at my employer. She refused to make that call even though I had just finished talking to the HR person. The tone of the conversation was implying that I wouldn't be responsible for my bill.
I love the dentists and staff at the office so I will continue to get my care there.
