Your claim to deduct or credit the $110.00 service call fee is false. On the initial service call, the technician claimed that the system was working. The system was NOT working. Your company did go back out to recheck the system and discovered on the 2nd call that the thermostats needed changing due to the NEST systems. The owner agreed to this change at $500.00. If you did not find the problem on the first visit, that should not require a non refundable service fee. Overall, my client spent $610.00 on a mistake on your part. Your explanation on the thermostats costing $500 is questionable. I will not use your company again. Also, I was going to send you several service contracts, but I will send my clients to another company. I am only giving you one star due to the problem was fixed on the second visit.
