The nurse and Doctor were very knowledgeable and helpful. They thoroughly looked at my daughter’s foot (x-ray, ultrasound, etc.) and explained findings clearly. They also gave us ways to help heal and fix it. Unfortunately, the wait time was extremely long (longer than any other office I’ve been to), which was very frustrating since I had 2 small kids in masks and a list of errands I didn’t get completed afterwards like I was planning. We waited 1 hour in the waiting room and then another 30 minutes in the patients room. We left our scheduled 10:30 appointment around 12:30 (hungry, cold, and irritated)! Two hours is just way too long for me to be in an office with my children. It really didn’t seem too busy to me with other patients, so I’m not sure what the hold up was. We are going back for a follow up in 2 weeks because of the findings and care we received, but if we have the same wait time after pulling my daughter out of school for the appointment, I will not be going back. I am one to give second chances because I know times and employment are difficult right now. I hope to see improvement at my next visit and will probably verbalize it at check-in.
