I'm Dennis Smith and I've been in the air conditioning and heating business for over 40 years, including 27 years of owning my own company in California. During that time, I've held five licenses which included air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and general contracting.

I moved to Sun City in 2009 and have been doing air conditioning service with my son, but have now started my own business specializing in the Georgetown and Sun City areas working with Mark Smith (no relation), also a resident of Sun City. We have more than 70 years of experience between us and are proud to offer a full parts and labor warranty for two entire years.
