Called in for a quote on a job, they told me I would need to bring the car in, which i did. Was given a quote. Brought the car back several days later, and left it overnight to be worked on. The staff then called me once my car was already on the lift and told me it would cost 100 dollars more due to a 5 hour difference in labor cost. I was not happy about this, but when I protested the price hike the manager Ryan threatened to not work on my car at all, essentially twisting my arm into it. The job only took about 4 hours total and I wound up paying 575 for a job I was quoted 465 for. I have been bringing my cars to Geralds for years because I felt that they were always honest. Unfortunately I feel that this dealing was very underhanded and damaged my otherwise good relationship with the company.
