I brought my daughter's car to Gerald's yesterday to replace her front passenger tire that had become flat on the freeway. Upon picking up the car, at first they could not locate it. When they did locate it, the front driver's tire was completely flat. They replaced it, but nobody discussed with me the problem with this tire, they simply replaced it. When I returned home, within 45 minutes, the two rear tires were flat. I had the car towed to another tire shop, and they immediately thought there was something suspicious. They examined the tires, and at first glance there was nothing wrong with them. Once they were filled with air, it was apparent that there were punctures on the side wall of each rear tire. These could have only been made deliberately because there was nothing else wrong with the tires. And when the car was brought to Gerald's yesterday morning, the three undamaged tires were in good condition. Unfortunately, I can't prove that this was done at Gerald's, but the punctures were fresh, and done by someone who knew where they could be least likely to be discovered. Perhaps they were made when the car was unable to be located. All I know is that I will never go back to Gerald's again, and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I haven’t stopped smiling since I left Belle Hall Dentistry yesterday! This smile is much more than what is seen lighting up my face; it also comes from within my heart as Dr. Oldham and her staff have restored self confidence and so much more to my life. The night before as I was brushing, the loose cap on my right front tooth fell into the sink and down the drain. I quickly realized my actual tooth was down the drain too, neither of which I could retrieve! I was familiar with Belle Hall Dentistry because I’m often in the shopping center where it’s located. I read their web site because I had recently moved to Mount Pleasant and I needed a dentist. So when I called explaining my situation to Emily in the front office, she called me right back saying Dr. Oldham wanted me to come into the office so she could take a peek. Whew, I was so relieved and began to relax a little! Little did I know, I would leave having had the best dental experience of my 64 years of life. Dr ‘O’, along with Darlene and Casey, worked their professional skills into magic by creating a temporary bridge where the tooth was missing. Throughout the process they were so caring, understanding, and kind. Even Anna from the business office, took the time to explain in advance my financial responsibility which I appreciated. Thank you with all of my heart for my beautiful smile! I am so blessed to have you as my friends! I trust and have complete confidence in Belle Hall Dentistry and without hesitation recommend them to my family, friends, and everyone wanting what I consider the best dental care in Mount Pleasant! ~Donna L.
