Greetings I am a new customer, I called German Auto Works based on reviews and colleagues that have used them in the past for service on German cars. I have my Father's S-430 year 2000 with 93k miles and I want to keep the car, My Parents bought this car new in 2000 as a retirement reward and to travel all over the U.S. and Canada. Because of my Mother became ill with cancer they could not travel The S-430 sat in their garage for six years rotting away. The Guys at German Auto works were able to restore the car back to factory spec and it now at age sixteen runs like the day my folks bought the car. This car has sentimental value beyond what its actually worth. I was very impressed with Cliff and his staff!! They took their time with my car and made it perfect and safe again. Pricing was up front and they really saved me a lot of money. Mercedes Benz Dealer said it would be around $9000.0 to restore my car. German Auto works met my budget!! Many Thanks!! Michael Coll

Had a great experience at German auto works. Car was fixed correctly in a timely manner and at a fraction of the price of the dealer. The dealer recommended a lot of stuff the car didn't need just to rack up my bill. I have multiple vehicles and they will all go to German from now on!

Brought my car in for electrical concerns and learned I needed a new alternator. Shop also found quick repairs on other issues that previous auto-shops had glossed over or not been able to understand (an engine light was merely a un-plugged sensor, and a front parking light outage was just a burnt out bulb, though previous auto shops had told me the entire lighting array would have to be replaced). Staff were extremely courteous and professional and explained everything in detailed easy to understand terms. Car was fixed exactly as quoted and three days faster than expected! Definitely my new go-to auto repair shop!

German Auto Works took the time to diagnose the problem properly and did a great job at repairing my BMW. Cliff and Nick provided great customer service and technical advice, and were happy to explain the problem in detail and answer the questions I had. I feel they are very honest and provided dealer level service at a lower price!
