I have gone here for at least 14 years between my last 2 dogs. I had never met the vet who saw Lucy on Thursday. She seemed nice enough and gentle with Lucy, however she kept suggesting unnecessary tests for conditions we weren't even in the office for. I saw really for the first time what all the bad comments about this clinic that I have faithfully gone to for so many years were. I felt as if i was being manipulated in order to get more and more money out of me for unnecessary treatments and tests. And the saddest part of it all is that my little blind dog Lucy is still experiencing horrible pain and discomfort and no diagnosis was even made. I'm heartbroken to say this, but i will be taking my business elsewhere. I've spend the day getting recommendations for other vet clinics. No one even called to follow up on Lucy's condition like they used to always do in years past.
Good people but i think prices are high. And always trying to get you to come in for one reason or another.. I mean, ..how many shots and/or checkups does a dog really need?? May start exploring other vets.
