I was very disappointed with my shampoo blow dry by Stacey. I asked her before starting if she had a light hair spray, she said yes. I also told her my hair was frizzy and fine. She put some spray on it while drying, it made my hair oily. When she finished she put a firm hold spray on. She abruptly left after finishing with my back to the mirror. My hair looked oily and not straight as I had asked, plus frozen to my head. had to wash it this morning ( one day after ) usually my blow-drys last 5 days. This was my first and last time at this salon.

I have been to this location once before and had a positive experience. However, my most recent visit ended with me leaving the store upset. My stylist cut my bangs too short, to the point that my bangs were curling up toward the ceiling as opposed to resting on my forehead. I had been clear about wanting my bangs to stop no shorter than the corner of my eye. The bottom of my bangs now sit well above my eyebrows. When she tried to fix it, the additional hair she cut to be included as bangs was cut unevenly. Be careful which stylist you select at this location. Stick with the master stylists.

Jamie is great & does a fantastic job. The salon prices are way too high for this area. Therefore I will not be returning to this salon.
