The entire staff at GVH is wonderful! I had to bring my dog in on short notice. They got me an appointment quickly and offered to help me bring the dog into the building b/c I have an injured ankle. Once we were finished with the exam, the staff brought the filled prescriptions and the checkout information to me in the exam room so I wouldn't have to walk back to the front of the building. They took great care of my pet, and me too! Truly exceptional service!

We have never been treated so well by every staff member we came in contact with. Everyone is very helpful and well informed. A very kind and caring place to bring our pet. Our dog of 13 years was in kidney failure when we brought him in. Dr. Cole immediately did the proper tests and took charge of the situation. We are very grateful for his loving care of our dog and the fact that he included us in the treatment plan. Very happy to say Toby is well and happy. His kidney disease is now iso improved that he is acting like a puppy again. Thank you Gibraltar Vet clinic. Kudos to everyone there!

Dr. Syed took his time to explain issues with my dog and was very pleasant. The vet techs were also very nice and knowledgeable.

Good vet office. I used to go to a cheaper vet on west road but I felt they didn't take as good of care of my pets there. Even though gibraltar vet is a bit more pricy I don't mind since my pets are more cared for.

Everyone was great except the lady who put us in our room was very pushy. She told us Cleopatra needed blood work because of her allergy medication and I told her I really didn’t want it because I wasn’t going to take Cleo off the medication if results were bad and she kept insisting. The tech who came to in after and the Vet both understood my reasoning. I was an NP and she not only insisted but she talked down to us. I feel the Vet Tech and the Vet are the ones who should be discussing those issues with clients not the front desk people. Nicole at the front desk was great. Thanks for listening.

Always a pleasant visit to your salon. From the moment I walk in till I leave everyone is so pleasant and always wants to make me feel comfortable. Soon as I walk in girls at desk acknowledge me with a smile, and offer to take my coat and ask if I would like something to drink. When I need help choosing some products, Laura Brown, my stylist is very helpful in making sure I choose the correct product for my hair. If she is not available the owner Kim or someone at the desk gives assistance with a smile. Never pushy on products and always trying to get me the best value. Being a Christian I appreciate the positivness of your salon. God bless you and your wonderful staff.
