I got blood work done there, they called me the next day with the results. They said the results looked good, yet I saw them on the labcor app. One wasn't it was flagged. I questioned it . She said the de didnt say anything about that and she would ask the Dr and get back to me. Kind of important to address all results.

The waiting room was busy at 9am on a Monday, but the staff were very quick with service. Check in was easy. Facilities were clean. Doc Tessa was very welcoming as I am a new patient, and her shadowing student was comfortable to chat with.

I'm able to get be seen in a reasonable amount of time. I don't have to wait for long periods of time on day of appointment in the waiting room. Staff are cordial. And most important item is that I get my blood drawn on site and my maintenance prescription drugs filled when running low from just a call in. Also, the billing department will wait for the EOB to process before taking any form of payment.
