Gines Auto Service Inc replied:

Spencer, the line that we found leaking was rubbing against the radiator fan shroud. If we would have replaced the line without repairing the bent radiator, condenser, and fan then it would eventually start leaking again. We would rather not do a job than do it poorly. Had we replaced the line without replacing the bent parts it would have been a waste of your money. You approved the $140 cost of a recharge and find the leak before dropping the car off. We understand you are upset that more works needs done on your car,. but we didn't cause the damage. We found the leak for you, which you asked us to do.
