The salon has a great atmosphere and the greeting is welcoming. I was satisfied with my hair color and cut however, was very disappointed with my hair wash and blow-dry. My hair was not washed properly and hair color residue was left on my scalp and created an adverse reaction on my scalp which I am still dealing with it after 6 days. Color remained on my hair line 2 days after as it was not clean properly. The hair wash and blow dry were performed by the assistant of the master stylist. I paid extra for the master stylist but she didn't perform all the services. The blow-dry was a simple with no style.

I recently moved to the area and my hair was in need of a refresh. Days of putting it in a bun or under a hat were drying it out and making it look lackluster. I was able to get an appointment with Iris and she was absolutely awesome! I am always so worried about too much of my hair being chopped or the vision I have falling short of what I want. This was not the case. Iris listened to all of my concerns and my hair turned out like a dream. The cut and color was even better than I imagined. I am so grateful to have found Glendale Salonspa, this will be my place for all of my haircare needs!
