I have had just approx 3 facials done at glen dow and each time they have been late. The last time I came the gal was 45 minutes late and this time the gal was 15 minutes late. Then as Im waiting in the chair she went to mix up what was needed and that took approx 10 minutes and then she messed around with the music for another few minutes. Meanwhile Im watching all the other students pampering their clients. When I commented to her about this she did my facial pretty fast and left out some things. I wasnt in a hurry but was in there to pamper myself only to be hurried through. I spoke with Miss Cornielle(?)about the last time I had my hair done. Miss C mom had passed away and I was treated poorly by miss Mcnutt. Miss Corniel is an asset to Glen Dow and I had been going to glen dow for several years but she is not there Im treated as if I know nothing about my hair and that I dont have a right to question what they are doing. Miss Corneil has taken very good care of me and the students have followed suit with her pleasant customer service attitude. I have been going to Paul Mitchell in the valley but Miss Corneil apologized and was very caring about how I feel. I will return but if she is not there I will go to Paul Mitchell. Thanks
