My puppy loves the friendly employees. Disappointed in grooming. My puppy ’s fur was much shorter than what I described I wanted. I told the groomers more than once if my pup isn’t still enough not to worry about taking length off his coat and advise them to do the basic grooming we usually get. It will take a while for the length to grow back and hopefully then I will know if we will continue using the grooming service.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I don’t yet know how our turtle will respond to treatment, so, I cannot offer any assessment concerning the efficacy of any procedure the Doctor employed. Nevertheless, the facilities were clean, well organized and the Doctor as well as her technician,, what they wanted to do and why.

I continue to come to Glenwood Pet Hospital because they are so great with my dogs! They are on the floor loving them while working at the same time. My dogs love them just as much! Everyone at the office is so friendly.

Glenwood has provided excellent care for my dog, Bailey. The staff is very professional and friendly. The vets are always willing to answer questions and provide advice. The boarding services are great and it is obvious that Bailey is well cared for. The facilities are clean and well maintained you can’t go wrong by choosing Glenwood Village Pet Hospital

The vets are very kind and are good about answering questions. They seem to be up to date on the latest veterinary recommendations and research for cat health. The front desk can be a little bit hit or miss but has improved since COVID.

I like that there is a separate cat/exotic side and entrance from the dog side.

They are busy, so it's one of those vets where you need a 24/7 vet back up for sudden appointments. But when you are there, they take concerns seriously and are gentle with pets.

Dr. Herda and the staff were extremely helpful. Dr. Herda took the time to help me understand exactly where my dog is and what the possible next steps are. I feel good about knowing all of my options so I can make the best decisions for my fur baby.

Technician Jessica was excellent in taking each of my 2 dogs to have blood draws, and 1 of the dogs to have anal glands expressed. So friendly, sweet, competent and informative!

I highly recommend GVPH! I’ve been going there for over 30 years! Well worth the drive from Crown Point, Indiana!!!

All the staff are caring and friendly from the moment I walk in until I leave. Have much confidence in the doctors who have cared for my kitties through the years. They treat my babies as if they were their own. Have been coming to GVPH going back to the 80’s and had never considered going anywhere else. But seems like each time I come, charges seem higher which is a concern but I want the best care for my pets and I get it here.
