Worst experience ever went there for an oil leak $3,000 later I still got the oil leak totally Robbie $110 an hour for specialist that can't find an oil leak I would not recommend this place go somewhere else

Brian it has been over a year since we serviced your vehicle. It was explained to you from the beginning that you has oil all over the engine and we needed to start at the top of the engine and work our way down so resolve all the leaks. After the initial repair you complained of an oil leak and only a coolant leak was found. We even replaced a seal that we did not do originally FOR FREE after much back and forth with you. Now over a year later you called claiming another leak and blaming us, even though we have not seen your car in a year.

The last time I was in and you replaced a coil, you didn't put the bolts back in on the engine cover. This last time when I went in, I marked on the envelope with the keys "do not rotate tires" (I had jet had them rotated the week prior.). But you rotated the tires anyhow. I had to come back the next week to get them un-rotated. Plus you charged me $20.00 for the rotation.

For many years your team has maintained our 2007 VW Passat. While we still love the car, it was time to move on. When brought in for a maintenance issue Steve advised that the potential future repairs needed far outvalued the worth left in our wagon. While it was hard to part with past, we now have an new Honda CRV that will be in Global for tender loving care. The group at Global could have kept repairing the aging vehicle and raking in the money by instead gave advice that was in our interest and not their bottom line. Thanks, see you at the next oil change.

Thanx for making this easy. I was thinking about writing you all, anyway, and this means it will really get done. YEA! As always, my experience with Diane, Dr Weber, and the supporting staff was GOOD. Fun, even. Well, maybe not the actual cleaning part, but you, Diane are gentle as you work and you do a good job. I enjoy our talk about granddaughters. And you Dr Weber, are always friendly and usually ask about my daughters (which makes me feel that you care about your patients), and I have confidence in what you recommend. And you gals in the front office -- you always treat me well, look out for me, and laugh with me. Those things go a long way. I hope that you are all in the office there for a good long time, cuz us older people don't always like having to adjust to new things or to new people.
