I had an emergency dental issue yesterday and I called at 8 am and.830 I was there. The staff was friendly,kind and courteous. I was in pain but they managed to make me smile. I had an awesome experience from reception to dentist "They Rocked!' I have recommended my son,daughter and a friend to them already. I hope to be a long term patient here after i hit the lotto because dental work is expensive. Lol.

I will never go back to green brier again. I was treated unfairly.They did not explain what my situation was before they had me signing papers .I went in to get information on how much a bridge would be.I never got that information. That,s why i will never return again to yhat dentist office.

Part 2 - of what was written previously ! My insurance pays for an annual (free cleaning) , No problem before ! I feel like I was taken advantage of , to just charge my insurance for 2 hr's worth of X-ray's . I called my insurance afterwards & relayed the experience I had , they also thought it was (unheard-of) to be scheduled for a certain precedure & end up not what you were initially scheduled for ! I certainly will not recommend them to anyone ! !

My experience was Not a good one ! My first time going there - I initially called , gave insurance information , was asked what I was being seen for , scheduled my appointment , got there , was there for 2hr's ! ( Did Not ) get was I was scheduled for , only got (exray's) & a printout of what they thought I should have ! Time Waisted ! I will not return !!

I called this dentist yesterday because I was in so much pain and for sure they got me in quickly Ms.Audrey was so Awesome I loved her engery and she had all the answers I couldn't wait to meet her in person. And Mr. David kept me laughing and my mind off the pain he took great care of me and my situation when I say I've found my new dental family I love this place and will not go anywhere else all the employees was great no to mention they kept this burst of energy and always had the biggest smile it's keeps you coming back GREAT TEAM!!!!!!
