I needed a catalytic converter & gasket replaced on my 1982 Corvette. I approved the work on tuesday, and was told on wednesday I could pick up the car on thursday night. Friday night I was told the gasket wouldnt be in until monday or tuesday, and to give a call before bringing back in. Tues I call and art gets upset im calling and says ill call you when its in...thursday afternoon, I call to make sure ill get the work fimished by this weekEnd, and he said the part came in but he was too busy and couldnt get to it until tuesday of next week. I cant drive my car til its fixed. Thanks art for the run around, your customer service sucks ass. You take the money and run!. see you in court.
We apologize for not being able to reschedule your vehicle for the needed repair on Friday. At the time the shop was extremely busy with prior appointments previously made and I could not schedule any more work until Tuesday. I was never informed of the urgency of the repair until we received the special ordered exhaust manifold gasket. At GM Exclusive, we do our best to serve our customers in a timely manner and to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, we are a two-man shop and we can only do what is humanly possible without compromising integrity to our work.
Once again Art was there fast and efficient when I had brake problems and fortunately I was in his neighborhood. He analyst it correctly and took care of it immediately!! So again thanks for helping out Art. I'll be back!!
