I have been bringing a cars here for several years. Something has changed recently. Counter guy is less friendly and helpful and I thought I was having dumb luck; every time I brought it in they found another problem.

I was out of town and had a problem with my truck and found that some suggested repairs from GM Repair Center were not problems. Disappointing to say the least.

Maybe it's a rough spot in the business. They used to be so good and I always trusted their diagnosis.

I am disappointed. I purchased the AMS oil change 18,000 miles ago. II think the whole price was something line $135 for that oil change. I was told that I would need to replace the oil filter, but there was no indication about an additional charge for oil.

I brought my car in to have the filter checked.

I was told I was down one quart of oil and then I asked about the oil filter. I finally ended having to pay $31 for two quarts of oil and a filter.

I wish I had known that upfront, I wouldn't have done the AMS oil..

Amazing! The whole crew at the repair center was extremely helpful and accommodating. They were very professional, honest and just great people to work with. They went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
