Green, Neuschwander & Manning, LLC is a full-service CPA firm dedicated to the needs of investors, traders, investment managers and other types of clients. In 1983, Robert A. Green founded Green & Company CPAs and in January 2012, he formed Green NFH, LLC with his colleague Darren Neuschwander. The firm changed it's name to Green, Neuschwander & Manning, LLC in 2015. The firm has an excellent roster of members, CPAs and tax attorneys. Green, Neuschwander & Manning, LLC focuses on tax compliance (preparation/planning services), accounting, consultations, entity formations and IRS/state tax exam representation services.

We were one of the first CPA firms to master the online world, focusing on a niche (traders) nationwide and delivering excellent service. We have an office building housing most of our professionals and staff in Alabama for production, with some professionals working remotely, and sales, marketing and some executive functions in Connecticut. We have modern technology including cloud computing and adhere to best standards and practices for CPA firms.

Our girl, Hunnie was born Nov 8, 2008. She became a regular at Lane Veterinary Services when diagnosed diabetic in 2015. Hunnie was a model patient and loved the staff at Lane Veterinary Service. She lived a full life in spite of quickly going blind after her diagnosis. This is due to the wonderful care she received and thorough training we received for her care. Hunnie lived to 11 years old, which is average for her breed. She may still be around had she not gotten an infection. Hunnie was too weak from her illness and age to put her through surgery. We had to make the difficult decision to end her suffering. On December 29, 2019 Dr. Lane and Patsy helped Hunnie cross that Rainbow Bridge. They were so respectful of her and us throughout the process. The Lane Family remain a part of our family. Though my husband and I are not yet able to open our hearts to a new fur baby, our son's family take their little Lucy to Dr. Lane.
