Dropped my truck off, wouldnt start. I get the diagnosis back, it NEEDS Spark Plugs, Wires, and a Mass Air Flow Sensor... When I pick up I get the paperwork... apparently I REQUESTED a Tune Up... didnt NEED the wires and plugs afterall. Something happened with my parking lights while it was there, and now I am having to pay them to replace parking lights and a fuse, even though it broke under their care. BS.

Great to see Mike L and crew back! Performed 60,000 mile inspection and service, installed new shocks and serpentine belt for quoted estimate. Work performed promptly, free shuttle back to work after vehilce drop-off, excellent communication and personal "point-outs" of work needed to be done.

I brought my car in to get the exhaust fixed and have some basic engine tune-up done (distributor cap, spark plugs, etc). I left with my car and guess what - they didn't even TOUCH the exhaust pipe. On top of that, they charged me almost $500 and my engine still runs as bad as before, I just can't afford to take it to someone that WILL do the work I specifically bring it in for now for even longer.

A.C. AUTOMOTIVE, INC. replied:

If you look at your invoice there are recommended services for exhaust work, that you declined to have done at the time. Your current problems could be because of not doing the recommended work. If you bring the vehicle back we will look at it and determine the cause of your problems. But we can't help you if you refuse to bring the vehicle back, which would be better then making accusations that are false. There was over $300 in exhaust work that you declined to have done at the time.

It's all on the invoice that you have.

I have finally found a shop I trust! My car feels like new! As a woman who uses her car for her job and puts many miles on it every year I need a shop that takes a interest in keeping it in good running condition. YEAH!

I brought my car back in AGAIN, Monday, April 30th, I told Chip Pepboy Automotive said the new replacement pump you replaced is BAD and need to redo to replace a good pump even it may take hours again to redo and replace the good pump.

Chip told me they put in The new "tester" liquid chemical name LUBE GARD (for use with all power steering fluids, eliminates noises and stuffiness) IT STILL SOUND NASTY AND ITS BEEN FOUR DAYS DRIVING MY CAR WITH THE NASTY LOUD SOUND NOISE WHEN I TURNS THE WHEELS AND BACK UP MY CAR TOO.

I'm very frustrating its not getting fixed correctly after I've Paid over $1500.00 to have the problem fixed! The Lube GARD DOES NOT AND IS NOT WORKING! You need to have it fixed or I will have to take it to Pepboys Automotive to get it fixed right and you need to pay them if you are not going to REPLACE the new pump! This is aweful for both yOur company and for me. When I picked up my car the FIRST for some one that don't know about far I knew it was not right with the loud noises n you told me it was ok-that's sad!!!
