My puppy was sick, and I needed an urgent appointment. It was fantastic how quickly the staff members took my call and made time for me that afternoon. Eunice is wonderful.
Everything past that point was awful. I was at the office for two hours. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my scheduled time. When I finally saw the vet she was extremely condescending. $150 in charges for the visit and subsequent x-ray with no resolution. They had no idea what was wrong with my dog and therefore gave me zero confidence in their recommended remedies. Total waste of money and time, I left feeling very disappointed and concerned for my pet.
