The mechanic work was done well. No concerns at all. The office experience was not good. The person working the office was rude and in a bad mood. He never got off his chair 20' away, to greet me. He twice cussed out an auto parts place for not having parts for my car, while I was standing there. He noticed I was listening and told me to leave the keys on the counter and come back later. When the work was done,I asked if there were any issues or other work needed. He said, we didn't look. The office person never made eye contact. He ran my credit card, handed me a receipt and then went back to his chair. Good mechanic experience, bad office experience.
David, I am so sorry you had a bad experience in the office. I never meant to make you feel uncomfortable. I try to stay a safe distance to all the customers while wearing a mask. The other office computer at my desk is 11 feet from the counter. I try to initiate all my customers tickets from my desk if possible because of covid-19.The only time I go to the counter is for payment or final transaction. I also ask my other customers to leave the keys on the counter (not just you). I am also sorry that made you feel uncomfortable. As far as looking for other issues or problems with your car, we will not do any diagnostic or inspections without your permission. You were very specific about your prognosis and the repair needed to your vehicle. We would have been more than happy to perform a free courtesy inspection if it is requested. If I used inappropriate language in front of you I AM REALLY sorry. No excuse!!
Please let me know what I can do to make it right. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you.
