Thank you for creating the cat clinic. That is the most relaxed I have ever seen Abbigail, my five year old calico, at the vet. She normally gets high fevers from the stress of vet visits. This time her temperature didn't seem nearly as high and she even got out of her carrier and explored the exam room a little bit.

Our last visit to the clinic was a wonderful experience for both, my cats and myself.

The new cat's place is beautiful, comfortable, and a pleasant atmosphere for the cats. It is a beautiful place decorated with exquisite taste. I was amazed how relax and happy my cats were.

As usual, Dr. May and his assistant were very kind to my cats and me.

Dr. Nauta and staff were great with my baby and very understanding and patient with me, giving me extra time to comfortably ask questions. They even happily helped fill out the insurance paperwork I brought in. Dr. Nauta was also the first person to get my baby's name origins, which isn't important medically speaking but definitely helped me to feel at ease faster ( and I'm infinitely impressed that she recognized such a random Harry Potter character so quickly ). I feel confident that we've found a great fit for our veterinarian needs, and look forward to our future visits.

I love everything about the clinic and the employees. I called in last minute for a problem with my chihuahua and they got us right in. The receptionist, the nurses and the doctor were all great. My little guy has high anxiety and they took the time to calm him down. They took care of his issue and got us on our way in no time. Always a good experience. We have been taking our pets to them for more than 15 years.

I have been coming to the clinic for almost 20 yrs. I would never change clinics, because my experience has always been very positive. When anyone new in town asks me for advice on a vet I always recommend Dr. May.

The stylist was not positive or confident about transitioning me to blonde and I did not feel comfortable scheduling with her. She did not listen to what I wanted. I don’t even think she really looked at my hair in the 4 minutes that I was sitting in her chair. I don’t want to have platinum blonde hair or anywhere in the ballpark of that, I’m looking for a natural look. Maybe a balayage or an ombré to work my way there. If it would take “almost a year” to achieve that, I lack confidence in her abilities. She assumed I’ve been putting box dye over box dye for years — far from the truth. I don’t put Walmart special box dye on my hair, I went to Sally Beauty once to grab color to touch up my roots. Before that, it’s only been touched by professionals. This is not my first rodeo in transitioning to blonde and I’m prepared for a process. However, I’ve gone to many stylists over the years and I’ve never dealt with somebody so negative. She also repeated several times how expensive it would be. I’ve spent a lot of money on my hair elsewhere and I can assure you I can afford it. At the end of my 4 minute, $15 consultation, she told me that I may try a store-bought color remover to see where I can get with that. What????? In conclusion, I will be shopping around for other stylists who seem more confident in their abilities and a willingness to give a client what they desire, no matter what or how long it takes. I immediately got the vibe that she had no interest in doing my hair anyway. PS — The appointment was at 11:45, and expected to be over by 12. She didn’t come out until 11:50 and I was out there door by 11:54. Hardly worth $15.
