I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THERE HAVEN'T BEEN THERE IN A YEAR WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE AND NOW MY CAR IS JUMPING REALLY BAD FEELS LIKE MY MOTOR ABOUT TO JUMP OUT I HAD MY IMPALA FOR 4 YEARS AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS BUT AFTER YESTRDAY NOW MY CAR HAS ALL KIND OF THINGS WRONG WITH IT AND THEY CLAIM THEY DIDN DO ANYTHING MY CAR NEVER ROAD THE WAY ITS RIDING NOW AND I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING NOT EVEN AIR I WOULD RIDE ON MY RIMS BEFORE I EVER GO THERE AGAIN.. WANNA GIVE NO STARS BUT HAVE TO GIVE HALFS IT WON'T LET MY PUT NONE

I took my suv , to this place and a golden rule employee took my suv to the dealership to fix the promb with my suv, and charged me more than the dealership charged them!!

Golden Rule has worked on all 3 of our vehicles by now. The latest my 2500 HD Chevy Duramax diesel. I was so upset because it was a transmission issue. Golden Rule got the work done fast and according to what many others have said at a very reasonable rate. They have definitely won me over, no strong sales pitch to do extra work, when they have a 'sales' price on oil changes no hidden fees they truly are a service station you can trust.
