I really like this gym. The staff are friendly and knowledgable. I love the variety of equipment. The classes are great, and did I mention the fact that the gym is open 24 hrs.

Golds Gym Chapel Hill consistently provides a quality place for me to pursue my fitness goals. I enjoy interacting with the staff. I find them engaging and friendly, making my experience that much better. My only, and truly it is the only, issue I have is some of the weight equipment needs to be spaced out better allowing better/easier access when the gym is busy. Other than that, I choose the Chapel Hill location because of the quality equipment and positive experience I have there.

I love going to Gold's. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the classes and equipment are always up-to-date. Childcare workers are attentive, and the kids are well-cared for in a clean space.

Don 't like the new check in process and decreased front office staff and lack of personal attention.

I am in the best physical condition of my life due to the efforts of Amy and Robin with the Silver Sneakers participants. At 70 I have more strength and stamina than ever. The administration and staff are client focused and could serve as a model for service providers seeking to improve their organization. If you want to get your body or your organization in better shape, you can benefit from visiting Gold's Gym in Douglasville, Georgia.

Gold's at Chapel Hill is a friendly place where novices are as welcome as ultra-serious gym rats. I am a senior citizen (I hate that term) who works with a trainer as well as doing Silver Sneakers classes.

Because I ride an electric scooter, I must go around the building to get in the back door. The staff is great about letting me in. However, in inclement weather I cannot use the gym. I hope that something will be done about accessibility. There are others for whom the stairs are a challenge. For all that, I do feel welcome here.
