I had always been very pleased by Dr. Goldson-Prophete and her team. She is very courteous, has exceptional bedside manner, and spends considerable time to address my concerns accordingly. As a matter of fact, I had been so pleased over the years, that I referred my parents to her, in addition to my husband, after being married.
However, lately I have been extremely disgusted by some of her newer team members. Although, there is one that I did tell her myself, how patient she can be, there are others that are rude with no manners. There was one representative that raised her voice at me stating, "M'am, I cannot do that! That's too much!", after I asked her to lookup some medical records for me. Also, when I do call the office, I am placed on hold for at least 5-8 minutes, and when I call back, I receive a tone giving me the impression that I am actually expected to wait that long on a phone call. I highly recommend some of her newer team members to go through extensive training on proper customer service, because their behavior may be very detrimental to this practice.
I have known Dr. Goldson for over 10 years, so I choose to tolerate this, since she is a very good practitioner for myself, my husband, and my parents. Quite frankly, though, her team members are the doorway to her and I would not be surprised if Dr. Goldson loses many clients, because of some of their unacceptable behavior.
