I’ve been going to Goswick when it was in Auburn.. nicest people as you walk in the door in every room you need to visit just the nicest upbeat staff.. great experience..music in the office is great I hear other patients singing along and the staff get caught up in dancing. Just great all around!!!

the Doctor made no eye contact, did not introduce herself, and brushed off my concerns about my change in prescription without providing any explanation to my questions.

You have lost your patient experience component by having too many branches. I felt like I was just brought room to room like I was being herded as an animal. The technicians act like they are a doctor when they are just a technician. The optomologist I saw was very impersonal and did not explain my changes well at all. I had always felt comfortable with dr Goswicks personality and explanations, the new optomologists do not have this quality. Sadly, I feel I now need to find a new eye doctor. You grew too fast and it is now a poor experience.

The whole staff was very professional and personable. All exams were thorough and results fully explained.

It was an amazing experience. I met with a few different people who helped with my exam, history, updates to my Rx and then lastly a person to help with purchasing. Everyone was kind and helpful. Appt started on time.
