Hondo loved visiting you all today for the first time! Our other fur babies, Senior and Minnie, love coming to Grace Animal Hospital too! Dr. Potts (now Dr. Williams) has been wonderful and professional...all the Veterinarians have been great!

Diamond had been listless off and on for a couple of days. I called the morning of June 13 and asked if a doctor could see her. The staff scheduled me immediately. Dr. Williams and her technician were wonderful, caring and thorough. Diamond has a UTI, based on urinalysis Dr. Williams did. We are so relieved and pleased with Grace Animal Hospital.

I have bringing both of my dogs to Grace Animal for years, but this visit and the last couple the staff has been so RUDE! We love Doctor Tim, but his staff is awful. They do not greet you when you come in the door, give nasty looks, yelled at my dog because she was trying to sniff another dog in the lobby at a previous visit, etc. We think of our dogs as family members like most. There is no reason that I should worry about what the staff may do to my dogs when I’m not in sight. Nor is there a reason that they treat the customers with the attitude & demeanor they do.

I am a firm believer that there is no reason I can’t stay with my dog while she recieves a shot. I wouldn’t take my child to the pediatrician & sit in the lobby while they got shots or seen. It just doesn’t make sense. Last month my lab was scheduled for a shot appt only, no exam so she could get her rabies vaccine. As expected it should have been a fairly quick appt. but instead we were there for an hour. I was told by staff at the appt. that they would take my dog to the back, let the doctor administer the vaccine, & they would bring her back to the lobby. When I requested to stay with my dog during the visit I was told by staff that’s not possible (with attitude & eye rolling from her) & if that’s what I wanted then we would have to “wait a long time for a room.” Even though there was a empty exam room open at that time my dog & I waited almost an hour in the lobby before being pulled back so she could get her vacine shot with me there.

Now that both of my dogs have their yearly shots and exams last week I will be requesting all of their records & we are changing Veterinary offices. I hate my girls will not get to see Doctor Tim anymore, but I have had enough of the staff. I hope the staff especially at the front desk changes their attitudes with their customers very soon. Almost every day I read a bad review for Grace Animal. People are talking for sure and the word is out about how rude the front desk staff is.
