As always, Dr Dixon and his staff were superb at their respective jobs, as well as genuinely warm and friendly. From the moment we walked in, everyone knew my daughter's name and welcomed her as an old friend. She was seen immediately (even a few minutes ahead of her scheduled appointment), and taken care of expeditiously, with no pain or drama. My kid has some unique personality issues (smart, not entirely social) *and* she is a tween, but at no time was she treated with anything other than patience, warmth, and respect. Dr Dixon has a sure hand and he genuinely loves kids. (He's a dad himself.) I wish every medical practice with which my family interacts were run as well, and were as genuinely sincere and helpful, as Gramercy Pediatric Dentistry.
