Lauren Eyer is the best esthetician I have ever seen! She is incredibly knowledgeable about skin care the the science behind it. I love the way my skin looks after a facial. Since I've been seeing here (3 times), my skin has improved drastically, I highly recommend!
Our massages were really good and 80 minutes went by fast. Our massage therapists are always good at Grand Spa. Our appointments get messed up sometimes when booking and the front desk ladies need a little attitude adjustment. They aren't very friendly when we come in and people I've spoken to say they don't feel welcome there because of the girls at the front. There is such a different experience when you walk in and feel like your looked down on or someone doesn't want to serve you and welcome you. Other times the girls have been fine, but there is a huge turnover and never see the same person twice. I'm not sure if they don't get paid well or what, but front desk and phone people need more training. I made an 11am appointment and got a reminder for 10am and this is not the first time that's happened to me. It messes up my day when they change my appointments.
We appreciate the feedback and will work on correcting these issues. We take all mistakes seriously and want you to be totally happy with your experience. We have a large front desk staff and you may see different faces helping out-but we work hard to keep our staff. Thank you!

I have had not so good experiences at this Grand Spa in the past but this last experience was wonderful. The front desk was fast, kind and friendly (last time the girl was a snob) and my treatment package was perfect! I was relaxed at the end of it and not sore the next day :)
