My massage was wonderful and my pedicure was great, as well. Unfortunately, the gal doing my pedi simply left when she was finished. I sat there waiting for her return to check on me to see if I was dry enough to leave and NOPE, nada, she never returned. I finally just got up and left. Definitely not the serivice, or lack thereof, I expected!!
I am so sorry that your provider left you unattended-that is not how we usually are at the Grand Spa. We strive for the best in Customer Service. I am disappointed to hear of your experience. We have a long standing relationship with Grabs Spa but this last visit was not good. Please check all the massage table because the head rests hurt your face and my guest had a massage table that hurt her back. My steamer did not work during my facial and that's the best part. The prices are too high to ever have these types of low end service issues. You have several amazing massage therapists and staff but the one my sister had this Saturday was not good. She did not listen and shortened her 80 min massage to 50 which is a sin!!! Please do better. We live this Spa but you can't have issues like this and stay in top.

Awesome! Leily did the facial. She was excellent. Liz did the hot oil head massage and she was excellent. Overall services were professional and perfect. Always recommended Grand Spa hair stylist Boutaina to others but will recommend Leily and Liz to my friends as well.
I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your facial. Every Estie's style is a little different. If they are focusing on a particular concern they may do a little less of something and more to help the skin condition. You are always able to request a particular person or facial style. The women's waiting room was extremely loud and not relaxing at all. I ended up having to go into the sauna in order to have some quiet time. I also found it strange that the snacks that were out were not spa oriented at all. Sugar and processed foods are two of the worst things to eat when trying to relax to better your appearance.
We're sorry for the inconvenience about the noise. We do have large parties that occupy the relaxation area on certain days. Thank you for your feedback on the snacks we will strive to provide alternative choices. Thank you for the feedback.
