Grand Spa has a perfect setting for relaxation. The atmosphere is pleasant and professional. The staff is warm and attentive from the moment you arrive at the spa until you depart. I had an amazing hot stone massage from Renee. She's extremely knowledge and careful to give extra attention to the areas discussed prior to beginning my massage. Renee is intuitive and always gives my body what it needs...her healing hands. I have become a regular and look forward to each visit as I know I will leave feeling great. Always a wonderful experience!

I had a massage and a facial during Customer Appreciation and was very impressed with both of my services. The front desk staff however, were not as great. For both check in and check out they were slow. They did not take me back to the locker room. They seemed distracted and not focused on guests.
