To put it simply, i drive an hour and thirty minutes for 3 years for a reason, the quality of care, pricing and quality people are very good!!!

Josie is very well cared for every time she is a patient at the clinic. We love Dr. Palmquist and give him full credit for the long life that this little girl has had.

My experience at my appointment for my two puppies was a very pleasant one. The staff at the Grantsburg Animal Hospital were very helpful and friendly and they took very good care of my puppies.

Their advice and instruction to me for our puppies was very detailed and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this veterinary.

We waited in the lobby for quite awhile. There were only two chairs and 6 people from 2 different families waiting. When we finally went into the room and met with the vet, the exam took all of 2 minutes. They took his temperature, took blood, and gave a vaccination. The vet didn't ask us any questions about our dog or offer any advice. Nothing was said about possible reactions to the vaccine. After our dog got home he was in obvious pain and couldn't walk for 18+ hours. We had no idea if this was normal or not.

Thank you for your response. We always welcome feedback that can help us to improve our services. We apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction you experienced. We make attempts to be thorough and efficient with all of our appointments. Occasionally though we have many sick animals being treated on emergency which can throw our schedule off at times. We try our best to make sure all of our clients know that they are important to us. We would really like it if you could call our Manager at 715-463-2536 so that she can discuss your visit as well as make a note in your pets medical records about the vaccine reaction. As there are ways to help prevent/alleviate those symptoms in the future if it is known ahead of time.

Our Be able, Rosebud was treated like a person in a regular hospital. Every issue was addressed and a care plan put in place.
