This place is absolutely amazing. When I first called, I was nervous because I didn't know what to expect. My call was promptly answered, as well as all of my questions. Immediate appointments were readily available. Every single time I come in everyone is smiling and friendly. They have been very patient with me and my low pain tolerance. Overall, I feel like this is the #1 place to go, and I'm thankful for finding them!

Excellent results with the Vax D and it keeps me pain free with periodic treatments. Adjustments bi-weekly help to keep artheritis from becoming too painful. Prefer Dr. Graybar for adjustments but Dr. Johnson does pretty well. Sometimes difficult to get Graybar even on his scheduled days in town. I have recommended several people to Graybar Chiropractic and all have had good success. One continues on the Vax D on a regular schedule.

My experience has been great. I only wish massage was part of the treatment plan. I would benefit greatly from it in recovering from a bad wreck and my whole body aching and stif.

I really enjoyed talking to the Dr.'s, but something did not feel right. I felt the clinic try's to sell the decompression service more than worrying about your well being. My insurance was able to cover a portion of the service and they freaked out. (Obviously because teybwoul not be reimbursed the actual price of the service) Just another reason they are worried more about the money that they are your overall health. Also the ladies at the front desk were not very welcoming, especially the blonde headed woman, she is not a people person by any means.

I was not impressed with my initial visit to Graybar. In fact, I was turned off by my initial greeting. The emphasis was not on how I was feeling or what led me to the facility. The main concern was my insurance info. The young lady said to me you cannot be seen without your insurance info. Upon arrival, I realized I had left my insurance card in my brief case. I am fully insured. I had to call my wife and get the number. By this point, I almost left but I decided to stay. The chiropractor's care and evaluation was above standard. I have to admit, in this case, the bad outweighed the good. The ad in the yellow pages said the initial consultation is free. When I checked out I was quickly told I had a $50 co-payment. I was by no means looking for a free doctors visit or free care. The next day I called and I said I would not be returning.
