I was not impressed with my initial visit to Graybar. In fact, I was turned off by my initial greeting. The emphasis was not on how I was feeling or what led me to the facility. The main concern was my insurance info. The young lady said to me you cannot be seen without your insurance info. Upon arrival, I realized I had left my insurance card in my brief case. I am fully insured. I had to call my wife and get the number. By this point, I almost left but I decided to stay. The chiropractor's care and evaluation was above standard. I have to admit, in this case, the bad outweighed the good. The ad in the yellow pages said the initial consultation is free. When I checked out I was quickly told I had a $50 co-payment. I was by no means looking for a free doctors visit or free care. The next day I called and I said I would not be returning.
