Dr. Gray has helped with my upper and lower back issues I had for years. Oh, and _finally_ she alleviated the pain in my left elbow from a high school injury over 20 years ago. Did I mentioned she's super friendly and helpful?

Great adjustments to aid continued restoration and ease of discomfort. Looking forward to my appointment on Monday 4/31 @ 11:00 a.m.. I continue to use ice packs 15 min at a time twice a day (really helps keep the swelling down) I no longer use the heating blanket cranked up all night.on my shoulders and neck. Ice pack in the middle of my back for relief to both shoulders which I had severe pain and swollen from the discomfort. Also use a surround sound type of neck ice pack that provides relief (connects with Velcro to hold it wrapped around my neck) again approx.. 15 min. at a time. I paint on canvas 8 hrs. a day and feel much better and in a much better creative mind with a more natural flow of the artist paint brush. Thank you Dr. Gray, you never cease to amaze me and I thank God for your ministry of medicine. My wife Thanks you for keeping her mobile through her more complicated medical challenges due to Polio. Great staff and always able to help us. Again, Thank You!

I cannot believe how much better I feel after just one visit. I have a variety of old injuries that had me in constant pain. I know I have a long way to go but now I have hope that I can get better, improve mobility and get some much needed rest!

A painful back injury brought me to Dr. Gray a year ago. With intensive treatments at the beginning I have now completely recovered. However, I realize the necessity of regular visits/adjustments which make a huge difference in how I feel overall. I am back on a regular exercise schedule and have never felt better.
