Everyone at Graylyn Crest Animal Hospital is awesome! They really care about our pets and offer advice and options for treatments. The waiting room and exam rooms are always clean.

I brought my 2.5 year old Norwegian Forest Cat for her first visit at Graylyn Crest Animal Hospital on Saturday, 10-14-17. I had previously taken all my pet cats to a local Veterinary Office that recently changed to a VCA. The tenured Veterinarian’s left this practice, and sadly my experience with this office went down-hill. The experience at GCAH was excellent. The Office Manager and Vet Tech were very accommodating. The Vet, Dr. Jennifer Dawkins was outstanding and took the time needed for my cat to adjust to her surroundings, and listen to our concerns. Dr. Dawkins spent time making my cat feel comfortable with the office surroundings. Dr. Dawkins then aptly “scruffed” my cat which had a calming effect and eliminated any possibility for aggressive behavior. Dr. Dawkins was able to complete a thorough exam and give my cat her booster. My cat, like many other cats, becomes feisty when taken from the car to an unfamiliar place. Dr. Dawkins and staff did a superior job to put my family and cat at ease so the visit would be successful. It was well worth traveling 20 minutes up the highway to see this Vet. I have recommended this office to a friend at work. So pleased I made the change.

Our dog AJ has been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Dawkins for a number of years. She has changed locations within the system a few times. We followed her each and every time. AJ is so comfortable with her.
She is very gentle with him. He is epileptic and there has been a few times the dosing on his meds had to be changed. Within a few days we could see an improvement.
Dr. Dawkins is a competent veterinarian and explains everything to us and always makes sure we understand.
We will continue to bring AJ to see her.

We always receive excellent care at Graylyn Crest. The team there treats my pups like they were their own pets. I truly appreciate that.

We arrived right on time and Dr. Bell and her assistant were ready for us. They were gracious, efficient and gentle which helped put our kitty --who does NOT like to travel in the car and go to the vet -- at ease. It is also great that Dr. Bell now has some hours at Graylyn Crest because it is closer to our home than Windcrest.

Everyone there works so hard to provide excellent care for my pets. They treat you like you are family. My furry family gets the best care. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
