I've gone to Grease Monkey many times since moving to Colorado and usually they are my preferred choice for an oil change. However, I arrived at this location and both garage doors were wide open, but there wasn't a single person in sight, except for a guy outside attached to his cell phone. I sat in my car for a bit until someone finally emerged from the garage. He muttered something about high mileage, synthetic or regular, which I answered with synthetic. I then wandered into the lobby, which was empty, because the front desk employee's morning coffee had kicked in and he was clearly occupying the bathroom. When he was finished doing his "business", he came out and talked with the other employees for a bit and never paid me any attention. During the oil change, no one bothered to show me the dip stick or my air filter, which tells me their doing their job. I had to pop the hood myself to verify everything was done properly. I can only assume they didn't bother, because they didn't think the female with the shiny blue truck would care about silly things like that. Once they were complete, they called me up, gave me my total and sent me on my merry way. Needless to say, I went on my merry way and will never return.
